What a beautiful morning for a run! The temp was perfect, just cool enough to be motivating. The sun was coming up just as I finished and although I've seen prettier sunrises, this was the best one I've seen all day hehe. I kept the pace at a steady 10 m/m. The hills felt easier than they have been for the past few weeks so that made me happy. I was at my racing weight at the begining of the summer, but I put a few pounds back on. There isn't much time before marathon to get rid of it again, but i'm going to try anyway. No reason to pack extra weight for 26 miles if I don't have to!
