not my favorite day. i'm so discouraged about marathon.  i'm not sure i should even try it this year since my mileage is so low.  i only have a month left and haven't done more than seven miles in a long time.  i'really don't know how gutsy i am.

Hey Carrie- Sorry if you're feeling down about the marathon. Best advice I have is to only do it if you WANT to. If not, you can always set your sights on another race (save a sister, painter's, etc). Or if you really want to do the marathon why not walk/run it?

Christi- I think the walk/run is exactly what I'll end up doing this year and then go for the half in November. This just isn't my year I guess. Next year will be for sure!! ;) Maybe I'll look into the Salt Lake or Park City marathons. I won't give up!

Good attitude! Run/ walk marathon is STILL a marathon and I think you'll surprise yourself with how great you do!
