I have run several races from 5Ks to marathons. My marathon PR is 4:19

Short-Term Running Goals:

I will finish this years marathon in a time that will let me keep my pride intact...

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to finish at least ten St.George marathons along with a ton of other races

Personal:

I started running because it seemed to be the only way to keep the weight off. Now I am addicted. I have been married for almost twenty years and we have four fantastic kids, one of which shares my addiction. She beats me at every race I take her to--I'm so proud of her!

my back is bad. blood work today is lame.  can't run for a while.  don't want to talk about it i'm too upset.

Uh-oh! Sorry about your back. That seems to be going around--Mik'L's having back issues too. As for the blood work and the upset-nes, um...yikes! So let us know if you're okay, ok? Even if you can't run. Blessings your way!

Hope you get feeling better! Sounds like a lot to deal with at one time. As Lybi said, let us know how it's going. Stay in touch even if you have some forced downtime.
