I have run several races from 5Ks to marathons. My marathon PR is 4:19
Short-Term Running Goals:
I will finish this years marathon in a time that will let me keep my pride intact...
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to finish at least ten St.George marathons along with a ton of other races
Personal:
I started running because it seemed to be the only way to keep the weight off. Now I am addicted. I have been married for almost twenty years and we have four fantastic kids, one of which shares my addiction. She beats me at every race I take her to--I'm so proud of her!
four easy miles today at a 10:20m/m. feels good to have a couple nights of sleep finally. last week was nuts, but this week is the last week of school and graduation....we'll see how it goes.
