Fun race! I was slower than I wanted, but thats normal, hehe. I didn't check the batteries in my garmin yesterday and when I tried to turn it on at the begining of the race, it died. (cue sad music...ahh) I had four members of my biggest loser team and two more of my clients that ran the 5K today. I am so proud of them all. One of them even got first in his division!! How cool is that?

Thanks for your concern about Kiya.  I showed her your comments and she was very touched.

Kim---I am so bummed I didn't check the blog earlier, I would have loved to meet you!  next time for sure!

Great job, Carrie! Pretty good race considering the lack of sleep (and additional stress). Prayers for Kiya!

Great job in the race today. Don't worry about it being slower than you wanted - the course is not that fast. Keep up the good work!

Hey Carrie wait to go on your race! And thats so cool your biggest loser team did it too. What an accomplishment for them. And I didnt see your post before about Kiya, thats a total bummer. I am glad she is recovering well and she will be back before long. I still cant believe she can drive, thats so crazy to me!

Wow it must have been a great day getting the medal for the age group and then having several from your group finishing as well. Congratulations on a job well done.

Congratulations on the AD award! We're all proud of you. While it might not have been the time you were hoping for, you're well on your way to some new PR's. Give Kiya our best.
