I got a hour plus total body workout at the gym today, strength and balance training mostly. I am putting together some new stuff for a client and I wanted to try it out myself before I make anyone else do it. Then I still had my run to do. A good four miles. I averaged 10.10m/m I stayed up way too late last night researching stuff for a client and I'm tired as anything. I don't think I'll get a nap today so I did the run as soon as I got home from work. I should get more sleep tonight so tomorrow will feel much easier.
